Reuben was found living in a sewer drain near a busy apartment complex. Matted and dripping with fleas, he was begging for food and love from passing people in the nearby parking lot. He was rescued, treated for parasites, vaccinated, and neutered. Reuben has thrived in his rescuers home. He is bold, curious, playful, and incredibly sweet. Reuben is the first one to greet a visitor to the house and loves getting to know new friends. He LOVES dogs (of all sizes) and cats, snuggling, and playing. His personality is laid back and, for lack of a better description, very dog-like. He enjoys being in the middle of whatever is going on, ready at a moments notice to tumble and play.
Reuben is about 3 years old, vaccinated, neutered, and feline leukemia negative. He uses the litter pan without issue, allows for nail trims, and loves being brushed. He enjoys laser pointers, toys, treat puzzles, and just following you around the house to see what you are up to. Reuben enjoys the company of older children, although he has never met infants/toddlers. Reuben and Doc are a bonded pair who would like to stay together.
